another custom blog design

Here is another Blogger blog that I have designed. This one is for one of my first ventures, Canine Frosting. It fell by the wayside for awhile, but I am in the process of re-launching it. Which, of course, called for an updated design!

I hope to have new items added to the Canine Frosting Etsy shop very soon! Thanks for looking.

having fun with photoshop elements

I usually use Photoshop Elements in my designs, but I don't do much with my photographs (aside from some little changes to make them look good for the web). But the other night I was messing around with some of the features and discovered the guided edit called Perfect Portrait. I used a photo of myself (taken with my phone) and ran through the edit, step-by-step. It was fun and easy and I think it looks pretty good!

My complexion didn't really need a lot of work to begin with, but the actions did get rid of the pink in my skin, brightened up my eyes and gave me a nice all-around glow.

sneak peak at a new design

Tonight I have been working on a new set, and though it isn't done I wanted to put up a sneak peak of what is to come. In addition to a complete Etsy shop set, it will have a matching Blogger banner (and maybe even a coordinating background).

I hope to finish the set and get it added to my Etsy shop soon - but right now, I think I am off to bed.

G'night.

just something I threw together today

I bought some new papers today on Etsy and just couldn't wait to get started using them. Here is a Blogger banner and background I created for my personal blog.

Hopefully in the next day or so I will be able to sit down and design some new things for my Etsy shop. I am just trying to knock a few things off my to-do list first!
